We have 10km midweek runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 17:00. Our starting point is at Planet Fitness, Kolonnade Mall in Montana, Pretoria.
On weekends we have Saturday long runs (21km+), as well as Sunday recovery runs (10km). The starting time and location for the weekend runs changes every week, so follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with the latest information.
